This experience is curated to provide just that; an integrative journey inward infused with intention, breath and sound to expand your capacity to step into the new year with a sense of clarity and direction on your path.

Awaken Your Pelvic Floor

Unlock your pelvis and spine to unlock your heart and your mind through the Divine Massage Technique, an innovative self-massage method created by licensed massage therapist & certified yoga teacher Elizabeth Scheer. By mobilizing your bones in specific, natural feeling ways, you learn to gently massage the inside of your joints. This unique approach stimulates the muscles from within, infusing the area with healing blood and oxygen. By engaging in this practice, you cultivate a deeper mind-body connection, fostering the creation of new neural pathways in the brain, which in turn facilitates habit change and enhances your overall well-being.

As the once rigid areas of your body begin to awaken, you'll notice a transformation not just physically, but energetically, emotionally, and mentally. This technique also works to alleviate pain by realigning the spine, releasing pent-up tension, and gradually relieving chronic discomfort. Over time, the Divine Massage Technique helps to restore balance within the body, promoting long-term relief from pain and encouraging a state of harmony and ease. When fully embraced, this awakening leads to a profound metamorphosis, allowing you to dissolve old patterns and step into a more evolved version of yourself.

Through the Divine Massage Technique, you embark on a journey of self-evolution, forging a deeper connection to your body, mind, and spirit.

Balancing the Masculine & Feminine with the 4 Elements

Join Dakota Dawkins for a meditative journey through each of the 4 Elements! In this workshop we will be exploring the balance between Masculine and Feminine energy through uncovering the 4 Elements within. We are all direct extensions of nature and the elements of Earth, Water, Air and Fire make up our presence in the natural world. These archetypes are fundamental to our existence and this workshop is designed to reconnect us with these sacred elements that sustain the balance of life on Earth.

We will first be working with the Feminine Elements (Earth and Water) with a 60 minute moving meditation to explore the lessons that the Divine Feminine shares through these sacred elements. We will then flow into the Masculine Elements (Air and Fire) with a 30 minute meditation to uncover the truth that these elements hold. Finally we will bring all 4 elements together for a 30 minute guided meditation and sound bath to explore the healing space that these Sacred Elements share within the Heart.

In this meditative immersion you will experience the significance of the 4 Elements, uncover the archetypes of each element and find balance between Masculine and Feminine Energy. Open and welcome to all who wish to explore these sacred workings within themselves!
