Om Shanti Yoga is a warm, welcoming, and inclusive space in Jupiter/Tequesta for all body shapes, levels, and experiences. With over 15 in-studio classes weekly, we offer a supportive place to build strength, reduce stress, and connect with yourself Kids yoga series starts February 12th and continues through March 19th! Hosted by Heidi Perry, kid yogis will gain valuable strength and flexibility in their growing bodies and increase their emotional awareness with introspection yoga lessons.
