every class at om shanti yoga is available to students of all levels. our seasoned team of teachers guide you by using intentional sequencing + alignment cues to support you staying safe in your body.

Sunday Service

Sunday Service is an invitation to be in community as we experience a deeper level of our yoga practice, adding in the elements of body prayer + Spirit. this weekly offering will include asana (movement practice), pranayama (breath work), meditation and a blissfully long savasana. using our breath + movement as a means of body prayer, we will lift up ourselves, each other, and our community.

open to all people, with all spiritual beliefs.

*please note—while we do not add external heat to our studio, this class will get warm.

vinyasa

this class is sequenced in a challenging, yet intentional, way. you can anticipate warming up with sun salutations to mentally + physically prep you for the creative body of the class. no two practices are alike. finish off with a soothing savasana that will leave you walking out of the studio feeling grounded + ready to take on the rest of your day.

shanti flow

this class invites you to move in a way that is more mindful. instead of powering through a flow, you’ll be guided to slow things down + feel how each pose feels. paying attention to what you’re doing + how you’re doing it is definitely a practice. don’t let that trick you into thinking this class will be easy! with society encouraging us to go, go, go, sometimes slowing down is harder than we think.

the perfect balance to cool the fire from our flow based offerings. a majority of this class includes asanas that are held for 3-5 minutes while reclined or seated on your mat. though only a handful of poses are used, the time you spend in each one, along with the breath you invite into the practice, will support you to release tension in the fascia surrounding your muscles. you’ll leave this class feeling relaxed + rejuvenated.
