This hybrid training will meet one weekend per month, as well as one monthly evening session held via Zoom. You will have online lessons to complete on your own time, allowing for a flexible schedule that can work with your life.
Whether you are looking to deepen your understanding + knowledge of yoga, or feel called to teach others, this 200 hour training is your first step.
Upon completing this training you will have a fuller understanding of the holistic benefits of yoga, be supported in a dedicated home practice, and have the confidence + skills needed to successfully lead group classes, if you choose to do so.
