Asana | Purpose + Process

Join Lisa Luther + Jen Sloan for an afternoon of understanding the purpose + process behind the practice of Asana. We’ll touch on both traditional as well as modern uses of poses most commonly practiced—exploring origin, anatomy, alignment and energetics. This workshop will encourage you to find your own version of flow in the transitionary moments of practice as well as ease in stillness within each pose to show you how Asana can support health and well-being.

This workshop will be both discussion + practice, and include a 30 min break.

Students of all levels are encouraged to attend.

Tuition—$125

*cancellation policy—credit back to your account to use towards future offerings if you cancel at least 48 hours from the start of the workshop.
