The Holiday Reset

join us for an evening of bringing balance back to mind + body after a busy holiday season. the practice begins with yin style poses to target tension lingering in the body + open energetic pathways. restorative style poses, seamlessly woven in, work to create an overall sense of relaxation, while cooling + grounding  breath work aids in regulating the nervous system.

your practice will be guided by Lisa Luther + supported by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and accompanying instruments played by talented teacher + musician Dakota Dawkins.
