this special offering guided by Jen Sloan is an invitation to experience a deeper level of our yoga practice, adding in the element of prayer + Spirit.
this class will include asana (movement practice), pranayama (breath work), meditation and a blissfully long savasana. using our breath + movement as a means of body prayer, we will lift up ourselves, each other, and our community.
open to all people, with all spiritual beliefs.
a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Path to College, a non-profit organization that fearlessly clears the path for overlooked students to get into the best colleges with better scholarships. Their mission is to expand minds and ignite potential, envisioning a world where genius, leadership, and excellence are cultivated in the most overlooked communities.
