The Fall Reset

Join us for an evening of movement and sound to support mind and body.

With class coinciding with the Fall Equinox, think of our time together as supporting a sense of grounding and nourishment at a deep cellular level. Each time we give ourselves permission to slow down and time to listen, the body’s innate ability to heal is activated.

The practice will be guided by Lisa Luther and will include yin style poses to target tension + open energetic pathways, restorative style poses to create an overall sense of relaxation and cooling + grounding breath work to aid in regulating the nervous system.

Talented musician + teacher, Dakota Dawkins, will be supporting your practice with the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and accompanying instruments. We can’t wait to spend the evening with you as we welcome the beginning of Fall!

*cancellation policy—credit back to your account to use towards future offerings if you cancel at least 48 hours from the start of the workshop.
