Join our founding teachers for a workshop series on immersing yourself in yoga—both on and off of the mat.
Lisa Luther will guide you through a deeper understanding of the philosophical components of the practice that are the core of living a yogic lifestyle.
Jen Sloan will break down a variety of asanas + movement practices in a way that is digestible + accessible for practitioners of all levels.
Mornings will consist of lecture + discussion, followed by a 30 minute break, and afternoons will be both discussion + movement. You will leave each session knowing the essential concepts that will guide you through your yoga practice—intellectually + physically—and how to incorporate them into your daily life.

Living in Practice | Obstacles in practice + Tools to support
Addressing the challenges of practice on our mats and in our lives, we’ll discuss the barriers that keep us from being not only dedicated but also engaged and inspired by the process. What's holding you back and what tools do we have to help us move through times of challenge?
2:30m-5:30pm
Asana Lab | Finding Steadiness, Strength + Stability in Asana (Part 2)
This masterclass is dedicated to finding steadiness, strength + stability in asana. With a deeper understanding of your own individual anatomy, you'll learn how to move through a variety of standing poses with alignment that makes sense for your own unique body. We’ll focus on standing poses in which the legs are externally rotated (Warrior 2, Tree Pose, Triangle, Goddess, etc). You will leave cultivating a solid foundation in asana, while developing a profound connection to your body's inner wisdom.
